We had a very interesting afternoon yesterday. After leaving the Med Center at Fort Sanders we lost brake pedal in our Ford Edge, manage to make it to Ted Russell Ford on Kingston Pike. Matt did a great job, but the service technicians did not check/fill the tires with the appropriate amount of air pressure. I had to do this myself at home. For a $300 cost I would have expected better quality from them. Hopefully they did everything else correctly.

Took my car in for a regular service appointment. They took me right in and did the usual stuff,changed the oil,filter,rotated tires,etc. They also performed a multitude of checks and inspections. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my visit. Great place and people to deal with.

CJ the salesman and Matt the manager was great as well as Benji I did however have an issue with their UCI process. I bought a Mustang on a Sunday car hadn’t been through service I told them to take their time make sure everything was right before delivery. I asked if fluids would be topped off. When I got home the coolant level was below min. I knew it was low that morning but figured since it was being serviced a couple hours later I would let them top it off. I got “the works” and specifically asked if fluids would be topped off. Washer fluid same deal. The staff was courteous and professional I was just a little dissatisfied considering I paid $105.

They were quick and very pleasant to work with. Dropped off my car in the morning and they gave me a ride to work. Told them that I didn't have another car so if they could get it done the same day. And they did, got a call later in day. The part they replaced fixed the issue and my car is good as née.



Got my oil change and rotation on my 24 mustang ecoboost and the team was friendly and fast I will be returning with all my other service needs

TL:DR Kim is a rock star and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. She redefined what a service experience at a dealership could look like for me. Buying experience was overall great. Seem to be decent people. Had the car a week only to find it was leaking coolant. The skid plate under neath the car made it hard to detect until there was enough to spill over. Great service. Replaced a damaged skid shield on 2019 Ford Fusion. Also replaced worn rear brakes and worn rotors. Quickly completed the job and price was reasonable. Service manager was very professional.
