Appointment was at 1:00 for an oil change, service was complete at 2. Waiting room was clean, had 2 TVs, and uncomfortable chairs. Had vending machines…no complementary drinks like coffee or tee only water.

I recently stopped by Red Russell Ford on Parkside in a bit of a panic. I work nightshift, had just picked up my dog from daycare and noticed I had several nails in my tire. They got me right in, dog in towe. They looked too see if my tire could be patched, when it couldn't, changed out my spare and promptly ordered me a new tire. Software update to my car and I never had to leave home! Ted Russell Ford in Knoxville has Mobile Technicians. They were wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable and I very much appreciated not having to take the car in to the dealership. Very impressed.

Been buying automobiles and service work with Ted Russell for years Always had good service
2005 F150 mysteriously when into Anti-Theft mode and wouldn't start. Tried everything on the web but no luck. So I left the truck and my only key at the dealership. They sold me two programmed keys for $345 and gave me back my old key, missing the spare tire key that was embedded within the old key. Now I can't get to my spare tire. Don't know what to do now. Called them and they don't know where the tire key is. If I have a flat, I'm screwed.
Kenny was our salesman and was so helpful in getting all our questions answered and was always accommodating to our questions and viewing of vehicles. He was not high pressure which always makes you feel great about making an informed decision. We’ve purchased many cars and Kenny has been on the best we’ve encountered. If you’re looking to buy a new or used car definitely ask for Kenny!

Took my F150 in for routine service: oil change and tire rotation. Over the last 10 years I had little routine maintenance performed but i knew the F150 was over due for so much recommended maintenance. I had the time and money at last. The service rep. Brought the truck up to dat on all required and recommended maintenance and ID’ ed some problems i was having. Long story short, my truck went in for service, running on its last leg but came out like a brand new one!
Great experience. I live in Greenville SC so did everything over the phone. Dave my salesperson was fantastic and delivered the vehicle to me. Chris the finance manager was both professional and transparent in disclosing all the financial details. I might add, I have worked in the automotive business for almost 30 years so I k ow all the ‘tricks’ some dealers use. Nothing of that sort here. I needed some service/ warranty work done on my 2019 Expedition. Called another dealer for 2 days leaving messages to call me for appointment. No response. Called Ted Russell and had an appointment within minutes. They did all the work they were supposed to and when I told them it would be a day or so for pickup because I was recovering from knee surgery they volunteered to deliver to my house at no cost to me. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service!!

We had to call for a week to set an appointment up for an oil change. We did not receive a call back until I left a hateful message. This was very frustrating. Once we got a call back, they said they were having problems with one of their phones. But, once the appointment was made, everyone was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I recently received a recall for my Ford F-150. Contacted Ted Russell Ford on Kingston Pike about it and they were able to take care of it very quickly. They were able to schedule a tech- Aiden- to come to my residence within a couple of days and he was able to resolve the issue within 15 minutes or so!!! It was amazing!! Aiden was able to explain what was needed and the time needed to take care of it- and he was right on cue!!! He was patient with my questions and very courteous. Will and David was very patient waiting for my wife and I’s schedule aligned to see our new late model used car. They were efficient and worked with us when Fays after we purchased the car and helped me program the radio and explained things I needed to know or just forgot.

Matt in service was great. He was able to really help get my commercial work van get up and running quick so it could get back on the road. Great service and I was able to keep happy customers. This meant a lot. Work was completed quick.

We recently purchased a F150 Lightning--all electric truck. Bill James, the salesperson, introduced us to the features of the truck and has helped us work through understanding charging the truck. We are learning that there are no fast-charging stations in Blount County and only a few in Knox County. But--no regrets. We love the truck and already have trips planned.
