Nick is originally from Karns, Tennessee, and has officially been on the Ted Russell Team since 2017. He enjoys helping his customers feel confident in their purchase by ensuring they fully understand the process. Nick is a car guy, enjoys going to auto shows with his family when he’s not working. His favorite Ford is the 1989 Ford Bronco.
Mike Howard has been with Ted Russell Ford since 2012, and enjoys helping people learn to use their new vehicles. He’s a Ford Technology Specialist, and available to help you with all of your questions.
Dwayne has had a career in the car business for 30 years now, and has been leading the sales team at our Kingston Pike location since 2016. He’s originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. He’s proud to be a member of Grace Baptist Church, and is blessed to have been married to his beautiful wife, Sondra, for 30 years.
She is originally from West Palm Beach Florida. Christina joined Ted Russell in 2019, and works harder than just about anyone we know to make sure that her team succeeds. Her goal is to be a difference maker within the dealership, and also in the lives of the customers with whom she connects. Her favorite Ford is a 1967 Shelby. When Christina is not at work, she spends time with her husband and three children — and roots for the Steelers!
Joy joined the Ted Russell Ford team in 2019, and is trailblazing processes that will ensure every customer in our service department is treated like family. Joy is originally from Chicago, Illinois and when she’s not hard at work you can find her enjoying a nice steak with a glass of wine. Joy also enjoys sewing, golf, and volunteering.
Brian has been at Ted Russell Ford for two years, and is originally from California. His favorite Ford is the Ranger, and when he’s not working he likes to spend time with his wife and children.
Dave has been on our team since 2016, and enjoys getting to work with his awesome coworkers. His favorite Ford is a 1988 Foxbody Mustang. Dave has always been a car guy, and always wanted to work in the dealership environment. He’s originally from a little bit of everywhere, including Lenoir city, Tennessee, Paducah, Kentucky and Newbern, NC. When he’s not at work he plays drums (which he’s played for 15 years), works on project cars, and plays with his kids.
Sandra has been on the Ted Russell Ford team for ten years, and prior to coming here she worked for the Knoxville News Sentinel. Sandra graduated from Knoxville Business College in 1969. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and trying new things with her family. She is an advocate for blood donation and donates regularly at Medic. She belongs to the Methodist Church. Sandra likes to keep things fun by regularly changing her nail polish and dressing up for the holidays.
Brad Luttrell has been working at Ted Russell Ford for 10 years, and has developed a sense of camaraderie with his co-workers in the parts department during his time working here. Brad loves his 2009 Ford Focus, which he says is the best car he’s ever owned. When Brad isn’t here, he likes to play Dungeons and Dragons and Paint Miniatures.
Joey has been at Ted Russell Ford since 2015, and calls both Sulphur, Louisiana and Karns, Tennessee home. He enjoys the pace of the service department, and having his job change day-to-day. When Joey isn’t at work at Ted Russell, he works in Social Media, does lights and sounds for events, and is very active in his praise team at church. Joey’s favorite Ford is the 1948 F1 Pickup.
Tommy has been at Ted Russell Ford for two years, and prior to joining our team he was at a dealership in his home state of Florida for 13 years. Tommy is a Senior Master Technicnan, and his favorite Ford is the F-250. When he’s not work he enjoys off road riding with his friends in the woods in his SxS.
Jeff is a Master Certified Partsman, and has been with Ted Russell Ford for 13 years! He enjoys making sure the mechanics in the service department have everything needed to make repairs. When he’s not at work, he enjoys hunting and fishing, spending time with his family, and attending church. If he could have any Ford, he’d want a 1969 Mustang.
Alex is originally from Dandridge, Tennessee and joined the Ted Russell Team in 2018. Prior to working in parts, Alex was an automotive technician. He enjoys helping customers, and chose to work in parts because it was the best opportunity for his family. When Alex is not at work, he’s relaxing at home playing video games or taking his children to the park.
