Ford’s Dealership Immersion Ted Russell Ford

Over the past four days, the team at Ted Russell Ford had the privilege of hosting Ford Zone graduates Chloe Mobley, Aleko Zeppos, Elaina Goodman,  Jacob Jansen as part of Ford’s Dealership Immersion.
During their visit, they spent time alongside our Sales, Service, and Parts teams, toured our Commercial Vehicle Center, experienced our Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service operation, and visited our Body Shop. Their level of engagement, thoughtful questions, and genuine desire to learn every aspect of the dealership business were truly impressive.
The future of our industry is bright with talented professionals like Chloe and Aleko. We were honored to share our processes, culture, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
