How does Ford Blue Advantage certified pre-owned differ from standard used inventory? +
Ford Blue Advantage is Ford’s certified pre-owned program. Gold Certified vehicles are Ford models up to six years old with fewer than 80,000 miles that have passed a 172-point inspection. They include a 12-month/12,000-mile comprehensive warranty, a 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty from the original in-service date, and a CARFAX report. Yes. Financing is available on used and certified pre-owned vehicles. Ted Russell Ford’s online credit application can be completed before your visit. The finance team works with Ford Credit and a range of lenders to walk you through your options in person.
Can I get a trade-in estimate at Ted Russell Ford? +
Yes. Ted Russell Ford provides an online trade-in appraisal tool so you can get an estimated value for your current vehicle before arriving. The trade value applies directly as a credit toward a new or pre-owned purchase, and the dealership accepts trades from all makes and models at both locations.
Does Ted Russell Ford offer mobile service for pre-owned vehicle owners? +
Yes. Ford Mobile Service sends a factory-trained technician to your home or workplace to handle eligible maintenance and repairs without you bringing the vehicle in. Ted Russell Ford offers Mobile Service in addition to its Pickup and Delivery program, giving Knoxville-area customers two options for avoiding a service drop-off. Contact the service team to confirm which services are eligible at your location.
